Tucson real estate : Lenders don’t record deeds before starting foreclosure process

Tucson real estate : The AZ Supreme Court issued an opinion today stating that debt holders do not have to record the transfer of a mortgage from one lender to another before the foreclosure process can start. The court stated that nowhere in the existing law governing trustee sales does is there a requirement that a deed assignment be recorded the foreclosure process starts.
