Oro Valley Real Estate : In the Oro Valley area, April 2015 active inventory was 316, a 10% decrease from April 2014. There were 81 closings in April 2015, a 16% increase from April 2014. Year-to-date 2015 there were 245 closings, a 4% increase from year-to-date 2014. Months of Inventory was 3.9, down from 5.0 in April 2014. Median price of sold homes was $242,000 for the month of April 2015, down 5% from April 2014. The Oro Valley area had 102 new properties under contract in April 2015, up 21% from April 2014.

There were 53 closings in February 2015, virtually unchanged from February 2014. Year-to-date 2015 there were 96 closings, a 6% decrease from year-to-date 2014. Months of Inventory was 6.5, down from 6.9 in February 2014. Median price of sold homes was $299,000 for the month of February 2015, up 5% from February 2014. The Oro Valley area had 80 new properties under contract in February 2015, up 10% from February 2014.

There were 64 closings in December 2014, a 33% increase from December 2013. Year-to-date 2014 there were 693 closings, virtually unchanged from year-to-date 2013. Months of Inventory was 4.9, down from 5.9 in December 2013. Median price of sold homes was $250,500 for the month of December 2014, down 9% from December 2013. The Oro Valley area had 53 new properties under contract in December 2014, up 8% from December 2013.

There were 18 closings in October 2014, a 6% increase from October 2013. Months of Inventory was 8.2, up from 6.6 in October 2013. Median price of sold homes was $275,300 for the month of October 2014, down 21% from October 2013. The Dove Mountain area had 19 new properties under contract in October 2014, up 12% from October 2013.
