One Response to Oro Valley Real Estate : 2013 1st Quarter Market Update

  1. One of the reasons prices are rising and the days on the market are shorter may be that there are fewer listings available. So when someone sees a home they love, they have to act quickly to make a strong offer. I am seeing people make offers on several homes before they actually get an accepted offer.
