Oro Valley housing report : In the Oro Valley area, April 2016 active inventory was 304, a 4% decrease from April 2015. There were 81 closings in April 2016, virtually unchanged from April 2015. Year-to-date 2016 there were 281 closings, an 11% increase from year-to-date 2015. Months of Inventory was 3.8, down from 3.9 in April 2015. Median price of sold homes was $270,000 for the month of April 2016, up 12% from April 2015. The Oro Valley area had 100 new properties under contract in April 2016, down 2% from April 2015.

Dove Mountain Housing Report : In the Dove Mountain area, January 2016 active inventory was 145, a 3% decrease from January 2015. There were 21 closings in January 2016, a 17% increase from January 2015.  Months of Inventory was 6.9, down from 8.3 in January 2015. Median price of sold homes was $315,601 for the month of January 2016, up 16% from January 2015. The Dove Mountain area had 22 new properties under contract in January 2016, down 19% from January 2015.

Median price of sold homes was $257,475 for the month of December 2015, up 3% from December 2014. The Oro Valley area had 64 new properties under contract in December 2015, up 21% from December 2014.. There were 66 closings in December 2015, a 3% increase from December 2014. Year-to-date 2015 there were 790 closings, an 11% increase from year-to-date 2014. Months of Inventory was 4.1, down from 4.9 in December 2014. Median price of sold homes was $255,000 for the month of July 2015, up 2% from July 2014. The Oro Valley area had 80 new properties under contract in July 2015, up 29% from July 2014.
