This suggests an optimism on the part of sellers regarding the Tucson real estate market in 2012. This is interesting because median price of sold homes, in Tucson was $122,500 for the month of November 2011, down 12% from November 2010.

Tucson real estate : New state laws reduces, new home impact fees the City of Tucson collects by 12%. The new law narrows what the City of Tucson can charge for roads and parks needed to support new housing.
