Tucson real estate: As of May 2013 active inventory was 496, a 24% increase from May 2012. There were 127 closings in May 2013, up 17% from May 2012. Months of Inventory was 3.9, up from 3.7 in May 2012. Median price of sold homes was $295,000 for the month of May 2013, down 3% from May 2012. The North area had 164 new properties under contract in May 2013, up 29% from May 2012.
