Months of Inventory  was 5.8, down from 7.1 in November 2011. Median price of sold homes was $254,000 for the month of November 2012, up 8% since November 2011. Oro Valley had 42 new properties under contract in November 2012, down 45% from November 2011.

Months of Inventory  was 42.2, up from 28.0 in November 2011. Median price of luxury sold homes was $1,062,750 for the month of November 2012, down 15% from November 2011. The Luxury market had 11 new luxury properties under contract in November 2012, down 15% from November 2011.

Months of Inventory  was 4.3, down from 5.9 in July 2011. Median price of sold homes was $231,945 for the month of July 2012, up 7% since July 2011. Oro Valley had 68 new properties under contract in July 2012, down 4% from July 2011.
