Tucson real estate : Pima County foreclosure notices decline

Tucson real estate : Foreclosure notices issued in Pima County during October 2011 fell 20% compared to the same time last year. In Oct 2011, there was 816 foreclosures notices filed, compared to 1,019 notices filed in October 2011. Hurray!

Foreclosure notices kick-start the foreclosure process by notifying the home owners that their property has been scheduled for auction. To date, Pima County has less notices filed in 2011 compared to 2010.  From Jan – Oct. of 2011, there have been 8,043 notices filed. From Jan – Oct. of 2010, 9,958 notices have been filed.
