Tucson real estate : In the Tucson North area, February 2014 active inventory was 679, a 28% increase from February 2013. There were 85 closings in February 2014, a 6% decrease from February 2013. Months of Inventory was 8.0, up from 5.9 in February 2013. Median price of sold homes was $290,000 for the month of February 2014, down 6% from February 2013. The Tucson North area had 100 new properties under contract in February 2014, down 31% from February 2013.
