Tucson real estate : Foreclosure notices decline again in November 2011

Tucson real estate : Pima County foreclosure notices continued to decline in November 2011, compared to the same time last year. In November 2011, 754 borrowers received notices their loans were in default and their properties had been scheduled for auction. In November 2010, 829 notices were issued. In October 2011, 816 notices were issued.

In 2011, the total number of foreclosure notices issued are expected to be less than the previous two years. In Jan-Nov 2011, 8,797 notices have been issues. In 2010, 11,663 notices were issued.  In 2009, 12,184 notices were issued.
