Dove Mountain Housing Report : In the Dove Mountain area, October 2014 active inventory was 147, a 30% increase from October 2013. There were 18 closings in October 2014, a 6% increase from October 2013. Months of Inventory was 8.2, up from 6.6 in October 2013. Median price of sold homes was $275,300 for the month of October 2014, down 21% from October 2013. The Dove Mountain area had 19 new properties under contract in October 2014, up 12% from October 2013.
